The Suttons Refer a Friend Program encourages our valued customers to spread the word about the Suttons Group and its extensive range of products and services to family, friends, and colleagues.
The Suttons Refer a Friend Program is designed to welcome new customers into the Suttons Group.
A $250 payment will be paid to the referring customer [1] and a $250 payment will be paid to the referred customer [2] for the referred customers purchase of a new, demonstrator or pre-owned vehicle from a participating Suttons location [3] during the offer period.
The Suttons Refer a Friend program commences Sunday 1st October 2023 and concludes Sunday 30th June 2024. All vehicles must be purchased and delivered between 1st October 2023 and 30th June 2024.
The Suttons Refer a Friend Program operates through a simple process. When an existing customer wishes to refer a friend, they provide their details along with the details of the friend they are referring through the online referral form on the Suttons Refer a Friend portal. Then a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to both customers to verify the information provided and assist in arranging an appointment for the referred customer, to guide them through their vehicle purchase journey. Upon the referred customer’s successful vehicle purchase and delivery, both the referring customer and referred customer will each receive a $250 payment.
[1] A referring customer is an existing customer (private or business) that is providing a referral to a prospective customer. The referring customer must have transacted at a participating Suttons location within the last 24 months. A transaction is defined as a customer who has completed a vehicle purchase or completed a vehicle service (excluding vehicle recall and vehicle warranty work) at a participating Suttons location.
[2] A referred customer is a new customer (private or business) whose details are shared with Suttons via the Suttons ‘Refer a Friend’ portal https://suttons.com.au/referral. To be eligible as a new customer, the referred customer must not have transacted with a participating Suttons location within the last 24 months (excluding vehicle recall and vehicle warranty work).
[3] Participating Suttons locations include Suttons Homebush, Suttons Chullora, Suttons Arncliffe, Suttons City, Western Toyota, Mosman Toyota, SVM Kia Roseville, Volvo Cars Lindfield, Volvo Cars Mosman, Concord Jaguar and Land Rover, Suttons Trucks Arncliffe, Gilbert & Roach Huntingwood, Gilbert & Roach Hexham, City Hino, and Iveco Sydney. Note: Suttons City reference is for Referring Customers only and no longer trading.
The Suttons Refer a Friend program is available to eligible referring customers (private or business) that have not transacted at any participating Suttons location within the previous 24 months. The referring customer must complete the online Refer a Friend form on the Suttons Refer a Friend portal prior to the referred customer making contact with a participating Suttons location and purchasing their vehicle. A member of the Customer Care team will contact the referring and referred customers during business hours and within 2 business days of form completion to verify the information provided. Limit of two referrals per referring customer in a 12-month period. To refer more than two eligible referred customers, please contact Customer Care at customercare@suttons.com.au or (02) 8711 8619.
The new, demonstrator or pre-owned vehicle must be purchased and taken delivery of by the referred customer in order for the referring and referred customers to receive the $250 payment. The Suttons Refer a Friend offer is limited to one redemption per transaction. If a referred customer is referred by multiple referring customers, the first referring customer that completed the online Refer a Friend form will qualify for the payment (if all qualifying criteria are met). The referred and referring customers’ details must match on the relevant Declaration form. The $250 payment will be made via EFT within 30 days of vehicle delivery and after the completion of the relevant Referral Declaration Form and Referee Declaration Form. If all qualifying criteria is not met by both the Referring and the Referred customer, they will both be ineligible for the Refer a Friend payment.
By entering your name, email address and phone number and the referred customers name, email address and phone number you are agreeing to be contacted by a member of our team for the purposes of this promotion and may be entered into future marketing promotions. Referring Customer and Referee Customer Declaration Forms must be completed in order to be eligible for the Refer a Friend payment.

The Suttons Refer a Friend offer excludes Suttons Employees as the Referring Customer and Referred Customer.
Suttons Refer a Friend program is valid in conjunction with all other dealership offers, excluding the Suttons Employee Purchase Program. Suttons reserves the rights to change, supersede or extend this offer at any time.
