To ensure that your car is repaired to approved standards, we only recommend and use Authorised Repairers. Our Authorised Repairers are recognised by the reputable insurance companies and will repair your vehicle with genuine parts.
We can monitor the repair period for you and ensure that you are advised when the repairs have been finished. We can also provide you a replacement vehicle for the duration of repairs. This is provided to you on 'credit' and we recover the costs directly off the at faults insurer on your behalf. At the end of the hire, you then drop the replacement vehicle back at the repairers and drive away with your as-new repaired vehicle.
